Daniel J. Williams was born ca 1793 Montgomery Co. He married 25 Dec. 1814 Ryder's Cor., T/ Charleston, Mont. Co. , to Jane Dunlap dau. of probably Joseph Dunlap and wife elizabeth Orbuthnot. No proof. Jane was born between 1791-1796. No death date known for either. Daniel resided in 1860 with dau. Maria in Rotterdam, Schenectady Co. Jane probably died in Charleston. The family resided there in 1855, Daniel as a widow. Issue: Eliza A. c 1819, m. 1833 Charleston to David Montoney. She died between 1855 and 1860. No proof that she is the dau. of Daniel and Jane Dunlap Williams Peter b. 1820 Smithfield, Petersboro, Madison Co., d 1891 Amsterdam, m. Martha Maria Van Horne Mary Ann m. James Barry 1834. Needs proof that she is the dau. of Daniel Maria b ca 1825 m. James Fogerty. They resided in Rotterdam. Sarah b ca 1829 m. 1855 Simeon Flanders Daughter, m. ca 1850 George L. Patterson, she is dead by 1855 Census. Where did he go? Jane b. ca 1827 d 1841 Simon Burdette, no further information. No proof she is Daniel's dau. Catherine b 1834 still alive June 1920 in Port Jervis NY. Married Erastus Holmes Morris ca 1837, m. Sarah Crane and then Nancy Crane. Morris d. 1920 Schenectady Daniel b ca 1839. Nothing known of him.
