Cliff, It's called "Index to Upstate NY Source Records 1685-1910". I saw it on the Family Tree Maker website (http://www.genealogy.com/index-r.html). I originally thought it was a published index to the Kinship pubications, but now I think it is something Family Tree Maker has made.
