The New York State Library charges 10 cents for copies from microfilm or fisch or scanned copies from books. The scanners and some microcopy machines are connected to a computer and you buy a disk for $1.00. The Archives and Manuscripts charge 25 cents and do the copies for you. In the library there is a change machine, and some scanners and copiers will take dollar bills and give change.
