    3. Sharon, I have two things...1st...post this info on the MSN Walker Association anf to the Walker board...and I also have David Walker, but nothing back farther...he is the father of my Charles Walker. I have him married to Sally or Sarah. this is info I just received so am still trying to track all the sources. I have Charles' death cert with his name (david) as father, no year of birth yet or death. Please e-mail me off list at lmosall@yahoo.com Thanks Lauri Mosall nee Walker Sharon Foley <sharonaf@austin.rr.com> wrote:I am trying to determine the relationship between James Walker, born 1774 in Scotland, who came from Scotland before 1800, and David Walker, b. 1768-69 in Scotland. James is well documented in the Schenectady area and I have a great deal of info. on his and family. We know that he is related in some way to David Walker. David is our direct ancestor. A descendent of his left a letter mentioning one of James' son's as being a relative but did give details. There is incorrect info. on James concerning is ancestry in one books on Schenectady. We do not believe he is in connected to the Wigton Walker's who did not settle in NY. We would like to determine the ancestry of James, however, since it will link to David in some way.
