Hello All - I've just recently been sent info concerning a Ralph Cox, shown on the 1790 census, residing in Albany, Saratoga Co., NY. Further info says a Ralph Cox, from Berkshire Co., MA, served with Capt. Aaron Rowley's Co. and fought at Ticonderoga in 1777. I've traced what I believe to be this man's family from CT, to Becket, Berkshire Co., MA, and now possibly NY. He may end up having ties to my known ancestors in NJ. My absolutely main interest is one of his sons - Silvanus (various spellings), bapt. 1768, Bolton, Tolland Co., CT. I will greatly appreciate any and all advice and instructions regarding his military service or any BMD's from NY concerning his family. I have been sent a cemetery record for one of his sons, Malachi, d. 1 Apr. 1798, 36 yrs.. Thank you folks and please Keep Well -- Terri
