Believe me, Wilton is in Saratoga County (maybe there's another on in Albany county?)...my home town is 10 miles away and my cousin lives in Wilton! Wilton is just north of Saratoga Springs. It's developed very rapidly in recent years. There are several very old cemeteries, also a Wilton Historical Association, located near the Gurn Spring Road... if you have a NYS road map, look for Albany (the state capitol), then follow I-81 north about 40 miles to Saratoga Springs. Locate Rt. 9 going north from Saratoga, and you'll see Wilton. I just checked the (2006-2007) Wilton phone directory (included in Saratoga Springs) and the phone # for the Wilton Town Historian is (518) 581-8646. The office is at 22 Traver Road (Town offices).
