    3. Tee, I was looking at the census for 1930 and there was a Doris J DeHeer age 5, living in Greenfield Saratoga area. Father was David, mother was Ruth (maiden name Burton) and they had a son David born in 1929/30. Father and mother died in Shuylerville and are buried there, David Jr. still lives there and can find him by web search on 121 Minnie Bennett Rd and working as a firefighter (possibly volunteer) for Quaker Springs Fire Department on Bennett Rd. I found no other record of Doris Deheer other than the 1930 census, but perhaps this is the one. If so, the brother David would have been 15 at the time of the accident so would know the circumstances. Good luck in your search, and let me know if this pans out. I am looking for information on a car accident that happened in the winter of 1955-1956 , family says it was around the new year . the only name I have is Doris . so that was her first name . It was in the Saratoga Greenfield area . This girl was in her 30's when this accident happened . She was to marry Thornton Duffney not to long after the accident happened . But she didn't make it through the accident and Thornton never married . Its kind of a romance story . any help is appreciated .
