I have Whalen that actually lived in CT but in the directories for year 1905, it says, removed to Saratoga Springs. He was back in CT in 1910 census. I am trying to find where he stayed and if there were relatives there. His uncle went to Troy in the 1880s for a couple of years so I am thinking there are relatives in the area. Thanks for the info.
