Leslie Potter will speak on the Saratoga Patent and early settlers in the patent on Tuesday, June 12, at 7:30 pm at the Town of Saratoga Town Hall on Ferry Street, Schuylerville. The program is open to anyone, free of charge. The Saratoga Patent contained over 168,000 acres in a parcel that extended about six miles on the east side and six miles on the west of the Hudson River, in a strip about 22 miles long, in present day Saratoga and Washington Counties, primarily in the towns of Saratoga, Stillwater, Greenwich and Easton.
