Please consider this: I posted on their site as they requested. I suggested base fee for the first 50 pages if you can get that many and 10 or 15 cents a page above that as fair. I fear few people get 200+ pages at least I never have. The base Fee $50 then the other pages should be gravy for them. That would be dollar a page first 50 pages and 10 or 15 cents after that. I think if we can unite somewhat we may be able to win and be fair the new proposed fee is so high the feedback is people will no longer use. I surely could not afford that.
