Hi Woody. Rodman Stewart here, Doris (Stewart) Gordon's nephew. I wish you great success with your back operation and hope you will follow doctors suggestions and be back playing racquetball soon. :-) Rodman --- Woody <dolwood215@optonline.net> wrote: > hi pat, sounds like a great time wish i could make > it but i have to have a > back operation at the same time. in the meantime iam > still researching my > gordon and hays family. good luck with the > parade!!!!!!! bill "... Likewise, wish I could make it but I'm afraid I can't manage it, we have a big family reunion HERE on the 12th and all those folks expect to be fed and I do have to clean the house A LITTLE. Also we went to NY state just yesterday. Went to Lebanon to see "the Great Stone Barn" built by the Shakers. That thing must have really been something before it burned. An internet friend has been there for the summer to write up a plan to restore it. He goes back to GA next week and I wanted to see him before he went. Does anyone know how far it is from Hoosick to where you turn to go up 87 and how far from there to Saratoga. Hoosick is about an hour and a half from here so I'm trying to figure how long it will take to get to Saratoga Springs. I need to come when the Historical Society and library are open.
