He resided in Milton, Saratoga Co, NY but Saratoga wasn't a county in 1790 so I'm trying to find his parents in Albany Co. NY. In 1860 I find a C. Jackson m. to a Jerusha with a son Spicer(Spier) in Milton, Saratoga, NY by 1867 they are in Peoria, Ill. Chester Jackson's dau. Martha Jane Jackson m. John McIntosh (Family tradition says John was killed while working on the Erie Canal in abt 1847?) and they resided in NY>Ill(3rd g-grandparents)Martha m.(2)James McIntosh(brother of John McIntosh) .Does anyone have information on the Jacksons in Saratoga Co?
