Can someone help me, or tell me how to get help for a look up in the 1870 census for Waterford, Saratoga County, NY for the BURNEY, (BIRNEY) family, RICHARD, CATHARINE, ANNE, JOHANNA, BERNARD, ELIZABETH OR JOHN KERSEY. This county and this time period are not covered on line that I can find and my 1870 CD does not have any Saratoga County on it. Any and all help appreciated. Slainte, Tim
