Looking for William Pitts, born 9 May 1815, Saratoga County, NY, parents unknown. William married Anna Belle Fischer c. 1838, place and parents unknown. By 1840, William and Anna were living in Tompkins County. They had 2 or 3 children born there and were living in Sauk County, Wisconsin, by 1850 where 6 more children were born to them.
