Dianne I think your Dunnings and Collamers are part of the families of Malta area. There is both a Dunning and Collamer cemetery there. Cornelius Durkee, a local historian, copied most of the cemeteries of Saratoga County in 1875-1877 time period. We have a few cemeteries on the Saratoga GenWebPage and the Hudson View Cemetery has included columns with X which indicate if it was in Durkee, is the stone still to be found in Hudson View and if it is still legible. (Carol Waldron did this cemetery and in the column legible, she used / if half legible - thanks Carol). We would love to get all of the cemeteries on the GenWebPage and could supply copies of Durkee's to anyone who would do this data entry which could be used as a base for future additions as we copy the existing cemetery and any cemetery records we can find. Anyone with a computer anywhere in the world could help us get all of Saratoga recorded, be it cemeteries or other projects we have waiting. For the cemeteries we are basically using Microsoft Access and setting it up as Carol has done for Hudson View but can convert some other data bases into Access. Can we talk? May I say that most of the people who get involved doing projects learn a lot along the way. We really have a lot to share as many of you do too. This is how we help break down those brick walls that we all have - doing it together. Correction on the snow. We got a good 12"+. Just shoveled my car out AFTER the plow buried the passenger side.
