I am seeking information and willing to share data on the following Saratoga County families: Amos PECK, b. 1768 in Dutchess County NY and his wife, Mary WAGMAN, b. Dutchess Co NY, and their children: 1. Nancy b. 1 June 1795 2. Elizabeth b. 15 March 1797 3. Rachel b. 7 July 1799 4. Henry Wagman b. 28 August 1801 5. Lucinda b. 26 June 1804 6. Clarinda b. 19 Dec 1806 7. Amos Jr. b. 28 Oct 1809 8. Mary b. 29 March 1812 Amos & his family moved to the Town of Saratoga in 1806, establishing a farm near Stafford's Bridge in the town of Saratoga. Amos was the son of Oliver Peck, who moved from MA to Dutchess Co. to Norway in Herkimer Co. where he died in 1796. Nancy Peck m. Samuel BARD. Elizabeth m. Simon P. CLARK. Rachel m. Horace BUEL. Lucinda m. Nathaniel GODDARD Clarinda m. Hiram HAIGHT. They lived in Saratoga Co. and had several children including: Caroline R. b. 1831, m. Alexander McIntosh Jr. Mary b. 1833 Henry L. b. @ 1830 Nancy E. b. @ 1836 Melinda b. @ 1840 Ramanjo b. 1847, m. Phebe Ramsdale Mary was single, living in Richfield Springs. Henry WAGMAN emigrated from Switzerland to Dutchess Co NY & settled in the Town of Beekman. He had several children, all born in Dutchess Co and most if not all, eventually settled in Saratoga County. They include: Sarah b. 1762 in Nine Partners, Dutchess Co m. Amos STAFFORD b. 1756 in RI -d. 1813 Mary b. 1769 in Dutchess Co m. Amos PECK (see above) Margaret b. 1780 m. John DENNIS of Dutchess Co. Henry b. 1782 John b. 1783 Nicholas b. 1783 Elizabeth b. 1786 m. Lewis SUTHERLAND John b. 1788 Chrischany b. 1790 m. William LOSSING Eve b. 1793 m. John McBRIDE Purlina b. 1796 m. Bacchus BARRETT Amos STAFFORD b. 1756 in RI and his wife, Sarah Wagman, moved to the town of Saratoga along Fish Creek, Saratoga County, shortly after the close of the Revolutionary War.
