(poss. 2nd marr) Hattie May BOGART, b. 3 Dec 1881, West Milton, Saratoga Co; d. 11 Jan 1973, Glens Falls, Warren Co, NY I found William in the 1855 census in Milton as a servant in the household of James GIFFORD in 1865 census his wife and child were in Malta Twp, he was serving in the army: p.8: (Wm H H LINK) reg't where 1st entered US service: 2nd Vet Cav; enlisted July 1863; first rank: Private; unexpired term as of June 1, 1865: 1 1/12; name of present reg't: 2nd Vet Cav; present rank: Private In the 1892 census; James & bro. William were in Milton: James LINK m, 26, US, c, laborer Margaret f, 24, US, c Minnie f, 1, US, c William LINK m, 33, US, c from this it appears that Margaret was married to James and they had a child Minnie; but in the 1900 census he was listed as single, and was a blacksmith. I don't have a marriage date for his marriage to Hattie May BOGART (dau. of Ozias T. BOGART & Hattie SMITH) they had a dau. Mildred Celina LINK, b. 24 March 1902, Milton, Saratoga Co. Hattie married again to Myron BLANCHARD and had a dau. Rosella May BLANCHARD, b. 27 June 1904, Queensbury, Warren Co, NY Seeking parents of William H LINK, surname of his wife Mary E, and what became of sons James & William.
