The special schedules of the U.S. Census (mortality, agriculture, industry-manufacturing, and social statistics) offer details about the lives of 19th-century residents of the U.S. They include details that are not available from other sources. These are under-utilized records that many researchers are unaware of. Her lecture will include the location of these records in the New England states and New York. Guests are always welcome.
