She was a part of this program from approximately 1951 until she passed away in 1975, at which time the patients were returned to Letchworth. I am seeking information on this home care program: how extensive was it? how were people selected to be a part of it? was it considered successful? In this case the patients became very attached to my grandmother - 3 had been with her for all 24 years - and lived a good life with her.
