Les, I was hoping that I could get up and see you but it has been too hectic. I had a contractor come and make new steps and sidewalk from the driveway to the kitchen door. Also I had replaced my windows, putting a new bow window in my living room. The trim had to be painted. It took me months to find someone to paint. Finally last week I found a nice man that would do it. Little by little I am getting things done. I am always busy with the seniors. Last week I took them via motorcoach to the Brookside Manor, Middletown, NY. It was a fun day out. Is this Hurd a relative of Shirley Ryder? Her Aunt Carrie married our Uncle David Hastings.Mabel
