    1. Re: Relatives of Jane Gail? CALL from Ramapo perhaps
    2. This is a Message Board Post that is gatewayed to this mailing list. Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/an/YUB.2ACI/2016.2.1 Message Board Post: I had many relatives in those areas of Morris County NJ It seems that my lines crossed back and forth between Hunterdon and Morris counties. I know there are Tippetts (and variations) buried in Hunterdon and Morris counties. As I stated my father always told me that we had the Lenni Indians in his family line and I am now wondering if he was not talking about the 'Ramapo Indians' I have read a little on what people call the Mountain People or Jacksons Whites and the more I have read and the more people are telling me I really feel this is where her family origionated from. In a very old picture I have of whom I believe is Jane and her husband John Lambert the woman is dressed 'Indian like' that is the only way I can think to word it. How many Janes were listed in this book, do you know? I know in the census records it states that she and her family were born in NJ. However I can find no Call family that would fit her in the NJ 1830 to 1870 Census records. I have started to go through the census records page by page hoping that there was a spelling mistake and the search is just not catching it. The cemetery that Jane is buried in has no more Church there and I have been told that no one knows where the old records went. She is the only Call buried there and there is only one other Call grave site that I know of in a Cemetery not to far from the town she is buried in but they are much newer graves. Any ideas? Thanks Dawn
