They first were in West Milford, Passaic County, NJ in the 1870's. They then traveled to Orange County, NY in the 1870's. They then settled in Rockland County, Ramapo, NY until they died. Their children included, Julianna Thornton 1853 Philip 1854 Mary E 1855 John 1859 Ann L 1861 Charles 1869 Their one son Philip, was living in Rockland County, NY in 1880 with his widowed sister Julianna Rhinesmith. Among the people in the household was Marcus Bean. He was 20 yrs old at the time. We lost track of the other children. Any help greatly appreciated.
