They came to the United States about 1825. He applied for citizenship in Brooklyn, along with his wife and two daughters, in 1831. They lived in Penn. until the early 1850's, then moved to Cincinnati, Ohio. The story I have been told is that several brothers came to the U.S. at the same time, but then split up and never contacted each other after that. If you can help me, I would greatly appreciate it.
