Mighty interesting. I have a Christian Goetschius (1769-1856) marrying an Aultje Blauvelt (1771-1851) about 1790. Christian was born in Schraalenburgh, NJ, but they both lived and died in Onondaga Co. NY. Their son was Samuel, who migrated to Wisconsin. Some families get very familiar with each other.
