APRIL 12 1998 GENE SKULRAK ESKULRAK@AOL.COM I am having a hard time getting the death certificate of my grandfather Anthony Skubiak from Albany. I know that my grandfather die on March 16 1954 in Stottville and the Stottville township clerk office have the death record on my grandfather. The death certificate show that his last name was spell Skubiah in stead of Skubiak. How can I get my grandfather death certificate.
