Hi Everyone! Does anyone have any history books in Rockland Co. or Orange Co. that could possibly check on a surname MANN for me? I have located my Mann family in NJ in 1880 but prior to that they were from NY State. I am looking for Samuel Mann who married Rachel DeGroat (B. 1824); they had 11 children and I can only find three of them - John (b. 1854), Manning (b. 1850) and Amsey or Anguy who married Maria (unknown surname).
