    3. Diane, I have some information on the family of Mary Coney and John Brooks, but wasn't aware of who her parents were. Queensboro is now a "Vanished Hamlet" that existed near the Route 6 Traffic Circle, off the Palisades Parkway. There is a well-kept cemetery to the right of the circle. According to the 1982 transcript that I have, there are mostly Weyant's and Brookses there, in particular Harvey Brooks who lived at Queensboro. His wife was Alice Weyant. Queensboro is actually in Orange County, just over the border of Rockland County, near Stony Point. There are probably many unmarked graves in that cemetery; however, no Jane Adams Coney is listed as being buried there.
