If you mean ship passenger arrival lists, they are on National Archives microfilm, available at any National Archives branch or on interlibrary loan through any Family History Center. However, for New York those lists are only indexed from 1820-1846 and 1897-1943. If you mean Rockland Co. naturalization papers, the Family History Library catalog entry is http://www.familysearch.org/fhlc/supermainframeset.asp?display=topicdetails& subject=341909&subject_disp=New_York,_Rockland_-_Naturalization_and_citizens hip&columns=*,180,0 For convenience I have added a "Family History Library Catalog" link to http://www.rootsweb.com/~nyrockla/rclinks.htm which will take you directly to the top-level Rockland Co. section of the catalog. Also, I am working with RootsWeb and Peter Scheibner, Rockland Co. Archivist, to put up a database of approx. 25,000 Declarations of Intention for search on the Internet. That would give you a date, record identifier, and (in most cases) country of origin. You would still need to go to either the LDS film or the County Archivist for a copy of the actual record. I expect that it will be several weeks or months before that database is available, since some overworked RootsWeb staffers are working on it. I will announce it to this list when it is online. --Bruce (Bruce Hamilton, Redondo Beach, CA) bhami@netcom.com http://home.earthlink.net/~bhami/
