I have an abstract from the DAR files for a rejected pension for Samuel W. COE(Junior), born 2 Apr 1760, died 20 Jan 1822. His wife Elizabeth, nee DUSENBERRE, applied for a widow's pension 22 June 1855. She states that they were married in Hempstead, Rockland County (Orange) NY 10 Sep 1786. Abstract contains list of children and birth dates. A note at the end states that "Mrs. Daniel JOHNSON" a resident of Rockland, Rockland County, a daughter, provided the Bible record. Samuel's daughters were Phebe, Catherine, Sarah, Elizabeth and Abigail. Which one was "Mrs. Johnson?"
