Jason, I cannot find Oakridge even in Thomas Gordon's 1834 "History of New Jersey" so I'm at a loss as to where to send you. However, there is a modern day town, Oakland, NNW of Ridgewood and Paterson that could conceiveably had a predecessor known as Oakridge. Nothing I know indicates that, but the similarity in names and that you're looking for information on a New Jersey locale on the Rockland list makes me at least consider some vague relationship between Oakridge and Rockland.
