June 20, 1998 Karen Karlsson kr.karlsson@mcione.com I am searching for the birthplace, parent and siblings of my g-g-grandfather, George Louis White. He was b. in 1856 and d. in 1938. He married Grace A. Murch and settled in Dutchess Co. NY. His children were: Claude, Carrie, Mary Zada, May and Ernest. According to oral family history George had a brother Russell, two sisters--Zada and Amelia who migrated to California and another sister (possibly Rachel) who lived in Haverstraw, NY. I'm hoping that he may have originated in the Haverstraw area. If any of this sounds familiar, I'd love to hear from you.
