I would like to add newly acquired information to a query I submitted June 6, 1998 #209. John Lester Peterson lived on the SW corner of New Broadway and Mountain Avenue in Grand View. He is listed in the phone directory for the years 1909-10, 1914-15, 1916-17, 1924-25 and 1928-29. It says he had a hotel in NYC. We believe the name of this hotel was The Belmont (possibly on 4th Avenue, near the Post Office). I still have not located a burial site, but know it is somewhere in a cemetery near the home. Any further information will be greatly appreciated.
