When I was at the New City Library a year ago, they appeared to be missing that reel for the Nyack Journal (or whatever the Journal-News predecessor was called at that time). I don't have any exact citation, but presumably something could be found with just a couple of minutes of cranking the film. I think New City and Finkelstein are the only libraries that have it, and there's no way I'd be able to get it on interlibrary loan.
