Hi list, Its been a while since I posted so I will try again. I am researching FAGAN's and HECKMAN's from Haverstraw, Stony Point, Grassy Point. I have finally received the death certificate of my gr gr grandmother from the Dept. of Vital Records in NY. Took only 7 months! I know now that my Fagan's are buried in St. Peters Cemetery in Haverstraw. I have wrote to St. Peters and received no reply from them. Has anyone had any experience with St. Peters in researching? Would it be best for me to call them? I will also be in CT in April and have thought about driving up to NY for the day. How big is St. Peters? Would I be looking for a needle in a haystack?
