I have a Mary Schwartz in Spring Valley and New City but she died about 1898 to 1903 in a train accident. I have not pursued this yet and I do not have the death card with me. I am away for 2 months. Could be that some of the family shortened their names or there is not any connection at all. Schwartz is connected with the Gross family of New City and Spring Valley area. How I do not remember but I believe she may be the mother of Lizetta Gross who lived with the Grosses in the late 1800's. tensone1
