I am his grandfather; my father was his oldest son, John Patrick Barry. John Edward was married to my grandmother, Mary Ellen Montrose, and died as a result of injuries sustained in a car accident on Bear Mountain in 1933 or 1934. I am interested in learning more about the Barrys, as my grandmother did not maintain relations with them after her husband died. Specifically, I'd like to know when my great grandfather, Patrick Barry, immigrated to this country. I'd also like to know the names of his parents.
