I am a direct decendant of William Simmons and Betsey Ives who moved from New York to Ionia County in the mid 1850's. Some time ago I received a "Simmons Kinfolk" newsletter from Marcia Eisenberg of Fayetteville, New York and stored it away for future reference. When I tried to contact Marcia about 10 years ago she had either moved away from the address that I had or she had passed away. Either way I am impressed with the newsletter and would like to find someone that has all the newsletters that Marcia published to obtain a copy or I would like to intertain the idea of purchasing the entire set of newsletters. Hi Wayne, I might be interested in those too. I have never seen any of her letters, but my great grandfather a few removed was George Simmons, born in Berne, Albany Co, NY. I only have a little information on his daughter, Elisabeth, born in Rensselaerville, Albany Co, NY. in 1792 and died 1888 in Saratoga Co., NY. She married Henry McIntosh and they had several children. Can you or anyone else help?
