    3. Guess I should have explained my question a little better. I believe that my Great Great Grandmother returned to England about 1870ish and was wondering if there are passenger lists for those going back to England. I have a newspaper clipping about her in 1869 so I know she was here then. I also have burial information for her husband in 1879 who was then listed as single. I have a feeling that as a result of the happenings that were in the newpapaper that she may have returned to England. I have found several of her children in 1870 and 1880 and she is not with them. I did find a woman with her name in the 1891 census and the FreeBDM database show that same women passing on in 1910. My thought was that if I could find records of people returning to England that I would pursue this English woman more. They could have come via NYC, Philadelphia, Boston, Nova Scotia, etc. Barbara ____________________________________________________ Start your day with Yahoo! - make it your home page http://www.yahoo.com/r/hs ==== NYRENSSE Mailing List ==== The NYRENSSE Mailing List Website http://www.connorsgenealogy.com/NYRensse/ A place to unsub, change your subscription, access the archives and links

    3. Hi, What you need is a passport application - I once had one for the 1860's and I got it from the National Archives - check their web page, if the info is not there, try a branch near you.
