    3. Hi, I've said it once and I'll say it again - William Bonesteel s/o Jonas Bonesteel - William's mother was Melissa Bonesteel - she didn't die until 1866!!! Melissa was d/o Jeremiah and Margaret (Simmons)Bonesteel. As for Almond - why is he listed with surname HILL in one of the census records? Who was Betsy Weeden? 3. Hi Barbara, Went to your site and found what you are talking about. I couldn't find them in 1860 census as I wasn't looking for John -- brain fade. If we can figure out the surnames used for Almon and who his actual father is, it will solve a mystery that has frusturated my wife and her mother for a lot of years. She met with 2 different women yesterday that are descendants of Almon and neither knew who his father was. One lady was in her 80's and the other in her 90's and both very alert. Both are related to my wife and gave her a lot of info. Hopefully , birth records will shed lite on both Almon and Andrew. See ya Dave PS--Your site answered the "brothers" question on David L. , Henry and Peter. Thanks. 3. Hi, I don't know where you are going to find birth records, but perhaps death cert. would give some info, if they are available. Barbara __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Tired of spam? Yahoo! Mail has the best spam protection around http://mail.yahoo.com
