Hi, If you look at the 1870 census you will see: Bonesteel, Peter Abigail Andrew HANER, JOHN L. 7 Campbell, John 23 ABIGAIL 35 John L. Barbara you are a genius. I'll bet I have looked at that 1870[and 1880] census page a hundred times and never once thought of a prior marriage for the daughter. I did wonder about her age , but it never registered, as sometimes the best place to hide is right out in the open!!!! I went to the Ancestory web site and found the enlistment of the 4 Hayners [2 spellings] on the same day. Will look on census to see if they are same family.
