OK back to square one so to speak.. WHO all is working the various children of Silas JONES SR? WHO is working unknown JONES in this area I have some people's names I now correspond with. I have some partial lineages done. Others have some nice web sites. ie Melanie's. I can not raise a sound from Judy Rowe.. I Pray she is okay. Since a very nice person found the records of NOYES NOYCE JONES parents as NOEL b ie 1780 and Susannah JONES in the Petersburg records, I have wondered if any of their other ? children would be recorded there also. Did he have other children..? Where did he go after 1810? 4 on 1820 but none in this area. Did he fight in WAR of 1812? Next series of questions regard NOIS NOYCE NOYCE JONES b 1808-9 son NOEL JONES 1834 ie b. Born in MASS. NOEL was the only child born in MASS according to all records found so far including private family records. HE also supposedly died before family moved to ILL. Mc Henry Co , NUNDA .. town. This is the town that the JONES and DREW from Schodack went to and founded a Baptist Church in 1850s. Prior to NOYES JONES leaving NY to go west. NOYES left some time after 1855 census. KNown other family members from here were JOHNSON Addison and Alfred m NOyes daughter, female Bartlett m Charles JONES last child known of NOYES and Susan Madison JONES . DREW appearing not related but was in same area from NY and then the William Drew that Fanny Jones DREW ma dau of Charles JONES. HIS line seems to come from PA but from NY also . Think linked if back far enough. After all one JONES m Roberts and they went to PA to live as did another went to south west PA .. named JONES.. Way to many JONES :>) Please contact me if any one has a JONES from this area in their files. Also does anyone know where to find a completed file on Mabel HEWITT ALLEN on JONES.
