    3. I have all five of the LDS microfilms the local LDS Library for the next two weeks. I just looked at them for the first time on Saturday. I spent about 3 hours browsing on my family plots and still could use a couple of more sessions to finish my stuff up. I see that it takes all of the films to research a line. The index is not complete but at least most members of a family are found in it. The index leads you to the plot volumes. For example, my grandfather's entry says Miter, Frank H 1-410 49-5. The 1-410 refers to Volume 1 of the plot books, page 410. Frankly, I cannot yet figure out what the '49-5' refers you to. The number is either missing for an individual or is a unique number for each member of a plot. Maybe someone on the list knows what they mean? The plot diagrams, as many of you know, contain a list of the interred, the grave number and, most important for looking up the interment record, the BURIAL Number. This record contains Name, Birthplace, Age, Death Date, Cause of Death, Birthdate, Section and Plot Number, Volume and Page Number for the Plot, Funeral Director, Next of Kin. I can do a limited number of lookups over the next two weeks. If there is a great deal of interest, I will extend the films for another 6 weeks. I will not be able to copy and pictures as that is quite time consuming. I'll be glad to get the burial information on a few individuals and give you the Section and Plot numbers. In addition, I can, if there are not too many, list the burial numbers and names and age at death for the individuals in a given plot. I may have to cry 'uncle' if there are too many requests so get in line early. Priority for information for me: 1. Burial Number and Name 2. Date of Death or Burial and Name 3. Name Brad Miter
