The New York State Library has purchased some old documents. One from 1720 (Orange County) is the first documentation that New Yorkers at one time held Indian slaves. It will be viewable without a fee for six more days. http://timesunion.com/AspStories/story.asp?storyID=720450 Cliff Lamere
