Waugh, One of the Area's Oldest Printers dies. Edward N. Waugh of 121 4th st., one of the oldest printers residing in this area, died at the St. Mary's Hospital last night after a short illness. He was born on the South End of Troy and was the son of the late Henry and Mary Ann Britton Waugh. He was employed for many years a printer with the former Troy Times and retired as a pensioner of Troy Typographical Union #52, several years ago. Surviving are a brother, Alexander F. Waugh of Troy and several nieces and nephews. The funeral will be held Tuesday at 9 from the J.W. Burns'Son, Inc. 5th Ave Funeral Chapel and at 9:30 from St. Peter's Church where a Requiem Mass will be celebrated. Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery.
