oooo, dare I hope it is the right line of Davises!! My grandmother was Orlena Valentine Davis (1907-1980), the daughter of Fred Daniel Davis and Ina Treet Larned. She was born in North Adams, MA! Fred was the son of George and Eliza Elwood Davis. Fred was born in Stephentown, Rens. Co., NY. Does anything sound familiar?
