Waugh Mrs. Alex F. Waugh, native of Troy and a resident of 1407 Hutton St. died early today at St. Mary's Hospital. The former Nonie C. Dugan, she was born in the southern section of the city, the daughter of the late James and Mary O'Brien Dugan. Mrs Waugh had resided in the Beman Park section for the last 30 years and was a member of St. Paul the Apostle Church and the Rosary Society of the Church. She is survived by her husband, Alex F. Waugh; one daughter, Mrs. Charles Brodrib and a brother, James J. Dugan. The funeral will be held Saturday at 8:30 from the J.W. Burns'Sons, Inc Fifth Avenue Chapel and at 9 from St. Paul the Apostle's Church where a solemn requiem mass will be celebrated. Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery.
