We had one like that here in Memphis (Shelby County) TN, about fifteen years ago. And down here they are simply not prepared for even a snow flurry. Ne, I'm a born Yankee. There were some parts of the tri-state area that were without power for two plus weeks. We're on a freezing rain alert for tomorrow night. Wish us luck, please! And Ya' All be careful!
