This site http://news.nnyln.net/ has articles from the Counties of Essex, Franklin, Clinton, St. Lawrence,Jefferson, Lewis, and Oswego. This site has newspaper articles from Oswego, Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse, Auburn, Utica, Watertown, and a little of Albany plus some more. www.fultonhistory.com If you go on this site and search in quotes "Alex Waugh" there is a picture of him with Governor Roosevelt in Troy in 1930.
