    3. Dear List, Can anyone shed any light on any of the individuals, who were named in the following excerpt from the Minutes of the Commissioners for Conspiracies, which met at Albany on September 18th, 1779. At present I am not sure where these individuals lived. It may have been within the confines of old Albany County (i.e. present day Rensselaer, Saratoga, or Washington Counties) or they may have lived in Dutchess County. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Leslie Potter Glen Mills, PA P.S. any thoughts on how to interpret this 18th century English would also be appreciated.
