Looking for anything on Alexander DECKER born abt 1870's we think in Troy. Do not know parents names, Went to live with relatives when young but do not know names. The mother was supposed to have drowned in river off some sort of Ice boat or barge. Would appreciate any information on any DECKER family in Troy. Thank's for any info Jacklyn Decker
